This high resolution graphics and weather mod simulates winter for Euro Truck Simulator 2.

Recommended Settings
Color Correction: Enabled
Vegetation Detail: High
Grass Density: High
Ambient Occlusion (SSAO): Off (SSAO darkens the vegetation providing a less wintery look)
Important!!
Frosty is a winter weather and graphics mod and is not compatible with other weather, HDR and graphics mods such as RGM, NaturaLux, Project Next-Gen, Filmic Lighting etc.
Frosty should be placed on top in Mod Manager.
If you are also using any of the addons then place them above Frosty.
Place Frosty above Realistic Building Lights mod.

Hello,
I placed Frosty v9.7 Improvements & Fixes Pack v2.0 above frosty and below the frosty addons but it causes crash of the game and low FPS. When I remove it, everything is fine.

You should expect lower fps than the normal Frosty mod, it’s about -15% less on average.

I have limited the fps to 82 because I play on laptop (you know, to limit heating), if I unlock it I got ~100fps, after this fix it went to ~40fps.
Will try the one you gave right now and let u know.

Ok so I tested it for approximately 5 minutes and did not crash immediately like earlier. There is I can say, an improvement, unfortunately I cannot test more, maybe later, sorry. Thank you for the fix anyway, maybe someone who can test longer can help right now.

would it be possible to create the main frosty v9.7 with improved textures of the surrounding snow, it is quiet even with green surroundings and 3d snow as an addition, when using 3d snow I notice a big loss of fps. Thank you

Optimisation of the new textures is still being worked on so hopefully it will improve in the future.

You mean green snow on the side of the roads? You need to download the Improvements and Fixes Pack v2.0.
