This is the official webpage of the Early Autumn Weather Mod for ETS2.
This is a graphics and weather mod that simulates an early autumn environment and transforms older parts of the map with newer high resolution graphics.

Just a short question: Do you have plans to include any night skybox with a moon somewhen?
And i.e. having it to shine for two weeks in-game time, and then having two weeks in-game time with no moon, would add a lot of immersion, I think 😀
I just don’t know if something like this is possible and how much work this would be to implement…

Is this low-end pc friendly? Base game runs fine (+promods) on intel hd 620, i5 7200, 8 gb ram dc

If your system runs the game fine in the newer parts of the map such as Iberia and BTBS then you’ll be fine with this mod, and it works with the cold rain mod.

Hi! I would like to ask a question. At night with this mod is way too dark. Is it normal? Also the lights from the truck decreases the distance a lot! Thanks a lot for your support.

Hi, it’s the same level of darkness at night as the default game and this mod doesn’t make any changes to vehicle lighting.

Hi, crash at the same place at highway 8 (E55) between Dresden (Germany) and Prague (Tjech Republic) about 2 km’s after crossing the border.

Sadly I did not get a verification mail from Pastebin.com so I could not copy my gamelog there.

You don’t need an email from pastebin, just copy your gamelog in the New Paste box then click ‘Create New Paste” then copy the website address, that particular error wouldn’t cause a crash, it would just remove some grass textures.

You’re using the Extreme Grass addon on its own, you can only use this together with the full Early Autumn mod, place both these mods on top in Mod Manager with the Extreme Grass addon above Early Autumn v7.4.

Its a great mod, but I have to point out an issue with the water texture, as its too bright the water will make the game go dark when you are on the second camera view which makes driving hard to accomplish

I’ve been using your creations in my game for 1,5 years or so and never took the chance to thank you for your amazing work so I feel now would be the right time to do so.

in Scandinavia on version 1.46 the game crashes in such places as, for example, near the town of Aalborg in Denmark and Lahti in Finland

No, support has ended for Early Autumn when 1.46 was released, they will most likely move on to supporting Late Autumn and Winter in the coming months.

I noticed the fps in Linkopping is very low with some dx11 errors with and without this mod.

hello grimes, i’m currently hvaing CTD while using your mod with promods, paris rebuild, bourges, El-EncleaveBalearic, Northen Ireland, Altai Maps and it fix patches, Mediteranian Expansion, Latvia Rebuild and Macedonia Expansion as map mod. The game keep crashing on the Stockholm road, near the building with dome on top of it. It was running fine other than this spot. If i bypass it using teleport, the game runs just fine. This is the link to the paste bin https://pastebin.com/fQAcYM2b game log. I tried to narrow down the problem with my mods and the crash only fixed after i remove yours. I’m not using any weather or other foliage mod.

Hard CTD in Oklahoma City. Repeatable. Tested with various trucks in several profiles. Exact same spot every time. Viaduct going east after the pointy/funky looking overpass.

Unfortunately, in about a month we will have to download this mod because it will already be autumn. However, thanks Grimes as always for keeping it up to date. There is still a month left to continue enjoying New Summer!!!

Hi,
I got some bugs with this mod. Fences are missing in citys (Dortmund / Germany) or water will not be shown in Antwerpen / Neatherland. (only white without anything).
There are erormessages reporting missing buldings.

Hi, Im running early autumn with ets 1.48.1.6
I got a long list in game log, errors, about finding buildings. Also, in game, some of them are floating. Just completed a Budapest-Warszawa trip, all the way some of the buildings are floating, fences missing.
Switched back to summer 5.3 and everything is fine. No more problems.
Is there a patch, or something?

Hey! Just wanted to bring up an issue I’m having with the mod. The screen goes mostly black and it appears as if I’m falling through the map… I’ve changed load order but so far nothing! I deleted a couple of map mods as well to see if it was maybe compatibility related, but then it would just crash the game. When downloading from sharemods, the browser automatically blocks the mod, saying it’s harmful. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Are you of the latest version ETS2, if so then make sure using v7.8 of the Autumn mod

Your mods are very much needed. And in general, these are good mods. But, unfortunately, the latest versions do not work correctly on the map of Siberia. In this version of autumn, textures are removed from some borders (not all) at t-shaped intersections. And in the previous version, the winter mod removed a section of road at the exit from the territory of the Koltsovo airport. I can’t say anything about the new version of the winter mod, I haven’t installed it yet, winter hasn’t started yet :).

On the 1.48.5 update, the textures simply disappear and you fall into the map.. the same happens in late autumn too

I forgot to clarify. Road textures have disappeared in the Trieste area in a compilation of several maps (Road to Asia, ProMods Kazakstan, Rusmap, Volga, South Region and Sibir).
Your modification may conflict with one of the maps.

So, the mod works completely fine. The vegetation looks AMAZING I love all of the new textures added with this mod but there is one problem I came across, some roads just don’t show up, they aren’t there. The game doesn’t crash but where the road is supposed to be, there is just… space but down.. Can someone help? (At the time of posting this comment I will try to get a fresh install of the mod and put it back into the game)

First all, thank you for the great Season Mods.
However, i found a Problem with a missing Road in Göteborg (or Gothenburg)
It looks like this:

I don’t have manyMods installed (only a couple few Truck Mods and the Autumn Mod, nothing fancy)
If i deactivate your Mod (It doesn’t matter if i put it above or under the Sound Mods) the Issue is gone. If i activate your Mod again, the problem with the missing Road appears again.
So my guess, it has something to do with the Mod, because verifing FIies through Steam also don’t fix it.

Hi! Quick question, if I’m using your season mods and:
1. Realistic Rain v4.6
2. A custom map(Pomezania)
3. Fael Environment V3.1
4. Actual Day-/Nighttime Mod
What should be the mod loading order? Currently, I have your season mod(s) below Realistic Rain, then everything else. What mod loading order would you recommend in order for everything to work?

Fael Environment is a graphics mod, so whichever one you have above will overwrite the other, these two mods should not be used together, map mods should be below everything else in Mod Manager, Realistic Rain and Actual Day/Nightime mod can be placed above this mod.
